After spending another day on my little Hetzer, it's now finished and ready for me to deal with the actual review for next month's issue. As can be seen in the accompanying photos, even built from the box, Tamiya's kit can be built up into a really attractive replica of Skoda's armoured turtle – in fact, I like it that much, I think I may well build another!

The only thing needed to be done now is to create a home for it to live in; as usual, prevarication has overwhelmed me and I can't decide whether to build a small vignette or use the model as part of a larger set-piece, another railway yard being top of my list at the moment.

I'll try and make my mind up later on today. In the meantime, I have a visit to the dentist to overcome – I hate the dentist more than virtually anything else, with the possible exception of reality TV shows… - and so I'm somewhat distracted at this time. Laters…
